CHINA Town Hall | October 9, 2018

On October 9, 2018, the Confucius U.S. Center partnered with the National Committee on U.S. China Relations (NCUSCR) to host CHINA Town Hall.

NCUSCR is an organization which aims to promote the understanding and cooperation between the U.S. and China in the belief that sound and productive Sino-American relations serve vital American and world interests.

This year’s keynote speaker was Samuel Mok, President of The National China Garden Foundation presented on the value of cross-cultural awareness and people-to-people exchanges within the US-China Relationship.

Later, Condoleezza Rice, Former Secretary of State and National Security Advisor discussed with audiences around the world the current state of US-China relationship and her experiences with China throughout her career.

This year’s livestream was broadcasted in over 100 locations throughout both U.S. and China.
