On February 27th, the Confucius Institute U.S. Center will host C.A.U.S.E - China, Africa, U.S. Engagement, a panel discussion focusing on trilateral connections between China, Africa and the U.S. Both China and the U.S. have significant engagements with the African continent. Panelists will offer their insight on the actions that both the U.S. and China have taken in relation to investment, education, technology and public diplomacy in Africa. Featured panelists include Amb. David Shinn, Dr. John Paden and Dr. Stephen O’Connell. Each panelist will offer their perspective on what these developing connections mean for the future.
